A few key details ahead of the day:

Date & Time: Friday 21 August 2026. Registration and coffee from 8:00am (yes there will be a barista service!) with the programme starting promptly at 8:50am.

Venue: One New Zealand Stadium, 221 Madras Street, Christchurch 8011. We'll be in the Ōtautahi Lounge and Terrace in the West Stand. Enter via gate A on Madras Street — please head up to the function level on arrival. It will be clearly signposted.

Parking: There is no onsite parking at the Stadium, but several public car parking buildings are available nearby. Accessible parking details are available on the venue website.

Programme: The full conference programme, detailing the day's sessions and speakers, is attached. There will be an optional stadium tour at 1:40 if you are interested to join in.
